The object is a computer network; the aim is increasing of efficiency of computer networks due to optimal file allocations with usage of special computer structures; the methods are mathematical modeling theory, theory of optimization, theory of systems, synthesis of parallel processors based on iterative networks; the new approach lies in new file allocation methods and new computer structures for file allocations; the results are methods, efficiency estimations, software, methodical recommendations; methods have been used by a telecommunication company and technical university; the field is computer systems.
