Scientific work is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of modern reproductology - to planning of family at women with cytomegalovirus infection. Features of formation and functional condition fetoplacental complex at women with cytomegalovirus infection are proved depending on a variant of ante partum preparations. It has allowed to expand representation about the mechanism of infringements in system mother-placenta-fetus, and also to prove necessity of increase of efficiency of preventive maintenance of obstetric and perinatal complications.
