Essay

The method of surgical treatment of duodenal perforated ulcer and of intra-operative taking of biopsy material from cavan organs surface was worked out and introduced in clinic. The comparative study of intracavitary pressure, stomach and duodenum contractile activity indexes in postoperative period was performed. The levels of helicobacter contamination in patients of different groups were studied on lage clinical material. The discovered changes in indexes of cellular and humoral immunity, peroxidal lipoid oxidation and antioxidant protection were most obvious in patients wits high levels of helicobacteriosis. The regularity of serotonin levels lowering in motility-evacuatory disturbances in early postoperative period is defined.
