Essay

The thesis is dedicated to studying peculiarities of lipid metabolism, fatty acids spectrum and vasothrombocytic hemostasis as well as developing the method of treatment of biochemical disorders in patients with true eczema (TE). Disorder of lipid metabolism consisted in an increase of cholesterol level in the erythrocytic membranes, disbalance of cholesterol content in the blood serum lipoprotein fractions, an increase in the level of triglycerids and general lipids, a decrease of the phospholipids in the serum and cells membranes. Change in the unsaturated fatty acids (FA) spectrum consisted in an increase of omega-6-polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) sum along with a linoleic FA content growth, a decrease of omega-3-PUFA sum on account of lowering the level of eicosapentaenic and docosahexaenic FA and increasing oleic FA content in the plasm and cells membranes. The functional activity of thrombocytes was determined. The extent of metabolic disorders depended on clinical symptoms of TE. Prescriptionof the preparation "Tecom" (per os, per os and locally) made it possible to achieve clinical recovery and significant improvement in 70,9 % and 77,3 % of patients, shorten the term of treatment by 5,6 ± 0,4 and 7,4 ± 0,6 days and 1,9 and 2,1 times lower a number of recurrences in comparison with the traditional treatment.
