Essay

The thesis discovers the problem of investigation of the didactic conditions of the optimization of the ability to work of the junior pupils. This problem is a key one at the beginning stage of teaching because due to the optimal structure of the teaching process every pupil of the class learns the material according to his/her maximum abilities at the moment moving at the same time ahead in his/her development. The formation in every pupil the interest and responsibility to studying is one of the main tasks of formation of the motivation sphere of the pupil's personality. At the junior school age it has such peculiarities: 1) the pupil is ready to get the aims set by the teacher but only for short time; 2) the pupil is able to determine the importance of the lesson aims, but he/she has no skills to compare the aims.
