Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency and a degree of expressiveness hypogalactia at women with late applying newborn to a breast. For the first time are investigated features of a lactation and its functional condition at women with late applying newborn to a breast depending on the reasons and clinical current of pregnancy, sorts, postnatal and neonatal the periods. For the first time the interrelation between a degree of expressiveness hypogalactia and a condition fetiplacental a complex at women with the various reasons of late applying to a breast with use ehographical and endocrinological researches that has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise primary hypogalactia is established. For the first time the technique of forecasting and stage-by-stage preventive maintenance primary hypogalactia at women with late applying newborn to a breast is scientifically proved on the basis of use of medicamentous correction.
