In the thesis was investigated the state of leucocytes emigration in patients with denture stomatitis with acute inflammation of lung, with malignant tumours of cervix and body of uterus, after operative ablate of tumours and after the (-therapy course and also with system origin tumours as acute so chronic myeloid leukaemias. It was established the increasing of emigration in patients with denture stomatitis, the decreasing after (-therapy course in women with tumours of cervix and body of uterus and with acute chronic myeloid leukaemias. Within the limits of normal values the emigration was observed with acute inflammation of lung, in women with tumour of cervix and body of uterus before operation. It was established the increasing of nitrite level in saliva, oral fluids and plasma in all investigated groups, that is pointed to intensified synthesis of NO in patients of given groups. It was made the conclusion that the nitric oxide stimulates of leucocytes emigration by local inflammation (denturestomatitis) and inhibits by acute inflammation of lung and tumors processes.
