Chervonenko T. The complex treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases caused by Chlamydia trachomatis

Dissertation is devoted to improving the complex treatment of of pelvic inflammatory diseases caused by Chlamydia trachomatis by using clarytromycin, low intensivity laser irradiation and cycloferon liniment. It was observed 195 patients in 2 clinical groups: women with endocervicitis (1 group, 83 patients) and women with salpingitis and salpingooforitis (2 group, 112 patients). Our compex treatment leads to normalization clinical and microbiological data, menstrual and sexual function, immune and lipid peroxidation findings, preventing chronic forms of inflammation processes, improving results of laparoscopic plastic surgery in patients with tubal and peritoneal infertility comparing with basic therapy. Early treatment of patients with endocervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis is more effective and prevent the generalization end reccurences of inflammatory diseases.
