Essay

The work is devoted to development of the treatment method for the patients with postoperative hypothyroidism with the help of surgical implantation of allogenic cryopreserved thyroid gland. Research is carried out at 120 patients with postoperative hypothyroidism, which long time replacement thyroid therapy without any effect. The levels of hormonal and immune parameters before and after the different terms after implantation of allogenic cryopreserved thyroid gland are investigated. It is established, that implantation allogenic cryopreserved thyroid tissue promotes the substantial improvement of the clinical condition of the patients, achievement of long clinical effect, normalization of the thyroid hormonal status, which enables to cancel or considerably to reduce the dozes of replacement hormonal therapy. It is not determined any autoimmunising actions of cryopreserved thyroid gland. For implantation it is necessary to carry out the immunologic selection of the "donor-recipient" by the groups ofblood, Rh-factors and antigenes of HLA. The positive effect of implantation is reserved during 2 years. The field application - health protection.
