A dissertation is devoted to creation and inculcation in anaesthesiology and intensive care of statusmeasuring - method of complex estimation of clinical status of patients which is based on the oxygen status. This open randomized stady was conducted for 282 intensive care unit (ICU) patiens. A high accuracy of outcome prediction by statusmeasuring considerably exceeds the known scales APACHE III, MPM, SAPS.
