Staschuk R. Roentgenendovascular corrective action of varicocele.

The dissertation is devoted roentgenendovascular of surgery, namely diagnostics and treatment varicocele with the help miniinvasive of a method. The analysis of results of treatment 134 ill with left-hand varicocele is conducted. Left-hand selective retrograde phleborenotesticulograhpy with a tensiometry of renal veins has allowed to diagnose at 7 (12,07 %) from 58 ill left-hand phleborenal hypertension, that, in turn, was by contraindication to conducting oclusion of operations at the given bunch ill. The bridging reno-testiculo-cava of the shunt at presence phleborenal hypertension worsens venosis a renal hemodynamics and function of a nephros, therefore optimum method of operation in this case is the applying testiculo-iliaca of anastomoses. The method roentgenendovascular of an occlusion of seed veins with prophylaxis of a reflux of sclerosing material with the help latex ballon is offered which due to reliability and safety allows to avoid complications in time and after operation.
