The dissertation is devoted to the problems of optimization of risks analysis methods in the system of enterprise protection against unfavorable influence of external activities and internal changes. The dissertation describes and grounds the existing theoretical and methodological problems of risks analysis, suggests major methods and ways of their solution. The enterprise risks classification system has been created which corresponds with the main aspects and notions of the practical logic and classification theory; with the use of the definition via the type and character distinction the unified system of certain risks definition has been constructed that forms the part of the enterprise risks; propositions and recommendations directed to the optimization of the methods of the quantitative risks evaluation in the projects of the enterprise activity have been worked out and grounded.
