Essay

The object is chronic cerebrovascular failure at different variants of ischemic heart disease; the aim - to determine particularities of clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of chronic cerebrovascular failure at different variants of ischemic heart disease for developing of diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations for patients with combined cerebrocardiac pathology; the methods are clinical, instrumental, electroneurophysiological, biochemical methods; the new approach lies in complex research of patients with chronic cerebrovascular failure at different variants of ischemic heart disease. Interrelation between clinical manifestations of chronic cerebrovascular failure and ischemic heart disease, in particular postinfarction cardiosclerosis, was revealed as a result of the carried research. Hypokynetic type of central hemodynamics prevailed in patients with combined cardiocerebral pathology and resulted in a more significant decrease of cerebral hemodinamics at decreased cerebrovascular reactivity according to the parameters of cerebral arteriography and dopplerography. The greatest impairments of brain bioelectrical activity and the most changes of lipid blood spectrum and parameters of hemostasis were revealed in patients with chronic cerebrovascular failure at different variants of ischemic heart disease in contrast with the patients without cardiac pathology. These changes depended on the degree of heart pathology progressing. Practical diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations were developed for patients with combined cerebrocardiac pathology. The results of this research have been provided to work of Kirovograd and Kharkiv hospitals.
