In operation the careful analysis of the obtained given inspection 65 girls with a precocity of mammae is carried out. The following inspections to the girls of a basic group were fulfilled: anthropometric, clinical, immunofermental, roentgenographic, echography, biochemical, statistical. On the basis of the obtained data the most spread clinicalpathogenetic forms premature thelarche were defined, the key factors of hazard of transition premature thelarche in the complete form of premature sexual development are defined, designed and the differential - trouble-shooting test with decapeptyl and algorithm of inspection patients with premature thelarche is inserted in practice.
