Bachur B. The Institution of the Land Relations in the Civil Common Law of Ukraine in X – middle of XIX centuries (historical legal aspect)

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of studying the process of legal regulation of the land relations by the legal rules of the civil common law in Ukraine beginning from the period of transformation of the rule-of-law state of Kiev Russia and until midnineteenth century when Ukrainian lands came within the jurisdiction of Russian Empire. The process of the evolution of the rules of common law that regulated the land relations according to the historical and socio-economic changes that took part in Ukraine is analysed at dissertation. The author focus his attention on the rules of civil common law that did not undergo the big changes during the learning period and can be used at the modern stage of reforming of land law and civil-law institution in Ukraine.
