Dissertation is devoted to the problem of prophylaxis obstetrics and perinatalis of complications at praematuritas of pregnancy for the women with isthmico-cervical unsufficiency. The retrospective analysis of an archive material and plased efficiency of modern methods of correction ICU is carried out. The complex inspection, including learning of a microbiocenosis of patrimonial paths, afterbirth and outside acoustical passage newborn, features of the hormonal function of a placenta is carried out, and also morphological features of tissues of cervix uteri after carrying out of correction of the poor obturator function of cervix uteis in the women and the state their newborn is investigated. Is placed, that before carrying out of medical measures with isthmico-cervical unsufficiency the violation of operation of the fetoplacental complex, and also rise microbial organismi of patrimonial paths takes place. The method of correction of the poor obturator function of cervical uteri by medical glue is developed. Is proved, that after carrying out of the complex of medical measures with usage of the developed method of correction of isthmico-cervical unsufficiency has decreased microbial producing seeds of patrimonial paths and the balance of hormonums of the fetoplacental complex was normalized. Thus, the implantation of the developed method of treatment of isthmico-cervical unsufficiency has increased efficiency of treatment of this pathology on 9,8 %, has lowered frequency of birth of premature children on 48,4 %, and also newborn in a state of an asphyxia on 82,34 %, has lowered a traumatism during in delivery period on 42,9 %, postdelivery complications on 82,34 %.
