Minenko V. State policy of providing with productive employment of the regional population by means of business development

Object of research: processes of forming the regional employment state policy in conditions of national economic system transformation and reaching the economic growth trajectory. The purpose: the definition of directions for achieving the changes of state policy realization mechanisms of productive employment guaranty. Methods: the systems analysis, classification-analytical, economy-mathematical, statistic-analytical. Outcome: proposed the regional program model pattern and worked out the Conception of productive employment guaranty state policy with substantiation of strategical directions of its realization. Novelty: exposed the contemporary problems of productive employment guaranty and practical introduction of human potential regulation usage mechanisms in conditions of Ukraine economy structural transformation. Areas of usage: state administration, policy, scientific researches, preparation and retraining of the civil servants.
