Essay

The Dissertation deals experimental grounding of preventive application of coordination compound of germanium with nicotinic acid (MIGU-1) in conditions of hypoxia of the closed space. The experiment has proved that the highest protective activity of MIGU-1 is achieved at the dose of 117,4 mg per kg for 77 minutes prior to the beginning of action of damaging factors. This medication protective effect is based on its ability to prevent the formation of membranopathy in case of hypoxia of the closed space. It is manifested by lowering the level of the products of all stages of cell membrane phospholipids degradation simultaneously with preventing the drop of activity and contents of the antioxidative system components in blood serum and in brain tissues of animals, and keeping up the fund of the ATF. Protective activity of MIGU-1 is realized by the prevention of the updating of enzymes activity of a power exchange on the background of an induction of effective ways of the resintesis of the macroergs. Preventive application of MIGU - 1 warns the decrease of active components
