Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of effisiensy recovering treatment of the patients with crises of a radial bone by use in system rehabilitation measures of bioresonant vibrostimulation.The features of clinical current of a consequence of crises at 120 patients in the age of from 37 till 82 years, men - 21%, women - 79% are investigated. Alongside with clinical researches was spent goniometry, dynamometry, electromyography, chronaximetry, rheovasography. The influence of procedures bioresonant stimulation on a condition of electrophysiological functional parameters consists in improvement of a parameter of asymmetry regional blood flow on 18% bioelectrical activity of muscles on 24%, nervous conductivity in a zone of damage on 10%, not rendering collateral action, including at presence of accompanying intimately - vascular diseases at the persons of elderly age. At application of the developed way the low risk of development of complications as reflex neurodystrophic syndrome and neuropathy is marked. On the data of an estimation of outcomes recovering treatment with inclusion bioresonant vibrostimulation, the frequency of positive results on 15% exceed average parameters, is characterized by stability and low level of negative outcomes of treatment which is not exceeding 4,5%.
