The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of application and development of approaches to prescription of the medical complexes including various kinds low intensity laser radiation to patients chronic virus hepatitis in view of a degree of activity and stage of inflammatory process in a liver and conditions of immune system. As a result of the complex inspection of patients including serologic and virusologic diagnosis, research of parameters of specific and nonspecific immunity, biochemical parameters features of clinical current chronic virus hepatitis are determined depending on degree of activity and stage of disease. Inclusion low intensity laser radiation in complex therapy of patients with chronic virus hepatitis with various stages of disease at hospital stage due to influence low intensity laser radiation on basic pathogenic factors chronic virus hepatitis, promotes their medical and social rehabilitation.
