Essay

The dissertation deals with clinical pathogenic grounds of differentiated usage of cerebral impulse electric effects as impulse low frequency electromagnetic field (ІНФІТА-therapy) and impulse low frequency currents (electric sleep) to correct asthenic syndrome in the patients with neurastheny and encephalopathies of aterosclerotic, traumatic and infections allergic genesis.It has been proved that the usage of the proposed complexes influences favourably on the clinical course of the disease (reduces expression of clinical manifestations and disorders in emotional-voluntary sphere), functional status of vegetative nervous system (restores the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic links), cerebral circulation (favours the normal cerebral vascular tone), increases the efficiency of the treatment of the patients with asthenic syndrome.On the basis of the obtained data the indications for the differentiated usage of electric sleep and ІНФІТА-therapy have been worked out.The main results of the dissertation have been introduced to the medical and preventive centres of Kharkiv.
