The Object - laboratory rats, dog, with which were carried out trqnsplqntations culture of crates pqncreas; operation deportalisation of blood; purpose - increase of efficiency of correction diabetes mellitus by surgical methods; methods biochemical, histological, mathematical; the novelty developed model qlloxqn diabetes; the complex infringements contrinsular hormones at an animal are investigated; the influence of operation deportalisation, transplantations cultures of crates pancreqs and simultations operation on endocrine system of animals in experiment is investigated; the appreciated changes insulin's and contrinsulins hormones on a course alloxan diabetes of animals; the investigated by-effects of researched operations; are established a degree of indemnification and terms of functioning researched methods of surgical correction sugar diabeets of animals in experiment; Results - three kinds of operative intervention permit to compensate current sugar diabetes, but on approach of indemnification glicammic, lipides exchanges and term of efficiency of operations, the advantage should be given back transplantations the culture of pancreacites, is introduced - all this thesis into educational process, in practice of medical work of departments of a surgical structure; the filed is medicine.
