Тhe problems of the improvement of information maintenance management of the enterprises are considered in this work. The dichotomy and content of an information structure of management are determined. The structure part of record-keeping and audit system was established by expert way. The development of an information and information exchange in mankind evolution has updated. A research and practical substantiation of life cycle of the introduction takes a special place in the thesis. The perspective of construction of open economic information systems, their filling is analysed. With the purpose of maintenance of interests of an administrative personnel of the enterprise it is offered to use an estimated model of choice of the software. The methods of account of an economic efficiency of an information system of the account(record-keeping) and audit are justified.
