It is determined that women with chronic trichomonas chlamidia infection of genitals have various types of vaginal microbiocenosis.The algorithm of microbiocenosis type compatibility with evidence of anatomic and functional changes in genitals and with immune hormonal system has been developed.On the basis of conduted researches the rational immunocorrection under different microbiocenosis types is worked out and scientifically founded.
