Tolkach N. Stage reproductive health rehabilitation in girls teenagers born by mothers with preeclampsia

102 girls-teenagers aged 13-16 born by mothers with preeclampsia and 40 healthy girls of the same age born in the result of the physiological pregnancy and delivery underwent combined examination. The peculiarities of physical and sexual development, ultrasound investigation data of the reproductive organs of girls born by mothers with preeclampsia are studied, the combined study of steroid and peptide hormones is done, the state of adaptation system (dopamine, noradrenaline and corti-sol) in groups of compared groups is studied; immune competent cells sensibilisation to cerebral cortex, brainsterm and cerebellum in these girls is also studied. Thanks to this the risk factors of reproductive health disturbances in girls born by mothers with preeclampsia were revealed, the schemes of the stage rehabilitation of their reproduc-tive health are worked out and carried out. The continuation of catamnesis follow-up was 3-6 years. The conclusion is done, that to rehabilitate the reproductive health in girls born by mothers with preeclampsia the dispensary and therapeutic preventive measures are necessary.
