Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of theoretical and experimental researches of salting-out crystallization process from the solutions using organic solvents and process simulation in order to calculate it at the PC. On the base of the researches conducted the regularities of hydrodynamics and masstransfer in the system with continuous injection of the reagent for salting-out crystallization, are achieved which provide significant crystals growing and the product of improved quality output. The method of calculation of salting-out crystallization process and classified crystallizer are designed. New techniques of salting-out crystallization protected by the Ukraine patents are proposed. The main results of the work can be used in the process of salts and reagents of improved quality.
