Pavlovskaya O. Pathogenic substantiation of prebiotics usage for the correction of endogenous intoxication in gestoses

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of curable and prophylactic measures in gestoses of the first and second half of pregnancy. The aim of the work is to determine peculiarities of bowels microbiocenosis in pregnant woman with early and late gestoses & to increase efficacy of treatment by means of correction of endogenous intoxication lactulose including into complex therapy. On the basis of the clinical & laboratory trial conducted, they have established that in early & late gestosis the syndrome of endogenous intoxication developed. The direct correlation between severity of the pathologic state & level of biochemical markers of endotoxinemia in blood has been revealed. Besides they have revealed that in pregnant women with gestoses disturbances of the bowels microcenosis took place with elimination of ecological niche, decrease of the amount of obligatory microflora and enforced growth of conditionally-pathogenic bacteria. The development of disbiotic disturbances results in support and enforcement of endotoxinemia. It has been established that the usage of lactulose in complex pharmaceutical therapy lead to restoration of evacuative function of bowels, normalization of its microbial landscape and as a consequence decrease of toxic load on the body.
