Object - development and efficiency of fruit growing in agrarian enterprises of the Crimea. Purpose - theoretical motivation and practical development of means to increase economic efficiency of fruit growing with the account of money landlots estimation under fruit species and varieties. Methods - abstractly-logical, economical and statistic, calculative and constructive, linear programming, factor and correlation analysis. Results - investment program on the Crimea fruit growing revival up to 2011 is development, landlots money estimation under different fruit varieties is fulfilled, terms of capitalization of expenditures and rate of normative income are determined, norms of mortgage crediting are given, determination methods of rational fruit growing structure, taking into account differential rent and shelf-life of product in storehouses are specified, parameters, influencing on economic efficiency are specified, recommendations on development of leasing relations of gardening and use of rent's income of fruit varieties for differentiation are working out. Sphere of application - agricultural forming, specialized on fruit product producing.
