Theoretical bases of formation and development of the regional market of sunflower and its processing production were investigated and generalized. Features of formation of the market of a sunflower and its processing production were determined. Development and a production efficiency of a sunflower and its processing production in region in condition of formation of market relations were analyzed. Tendencies in oil production development in Zaporizhiy region were determined. Scientific mechanism of oil production was improvement.
