The thesis is dedicated to working out organisational and economic mechanism of investment to agricultural complex with accordance of world experience. The economic essence and types of investment were researched. The quality characteristics of investment participation in general stock value were corrected. The author researched economic mechanism by consolidation institutional and neo-classic elements of investment theories. The investment legislation was studied. The government supported farming by activation of favourable investment climate.
