Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of the persons having hypertensive type of neurocirculatory dystonia (NCD) and patients with hypertensive disease (HD) of different stages. The aim is to determine the clinical-pathological characteristics of the hypersensitivity reactions to tissue antigens on different stages of hypertensive disease development. It is shown that there are changes in the state of autoimmunity in such patients; it is also shown that the changes become severer depending on the stage of hypertensive disease and development of complications. It is shown that the above-mentioned changes are associated with clinical course of process. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
