Essay

The dissertation contains complex research of the credit agreement, the decision of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of credit relations. Derivation of concept of the credit, its ratio with the loan and other adjacent categories is investigated, classified mediated credit activity by different contractual designs. It is advanced a definition of concept of the credit agreement, it is analyzed its elements. It is justified a possibility of expansion of some objects which can borrow, at the expense of bank metals.
