Aleksiychuk T. Economical Effectiveness of Pork Production

Research object: agricultural enterprises with different organizationally-economic forms of pork production, as well as private household plots having pig production. Research purpose: elaboration of scientifically substantiated suggestions as regards increasing of pork production efficiency under conditions of market economy formation in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, statistical grouping, comparative analysis, monographic research, calculate-constructive and graphic methods, systems approach, theory of transitional economy. Theoretical and practical result: The developed suggestions concerning the directions of economic efficiency increase, improvement of price formation, and state support system of pig breeding are taken to the practical implementation guidelines. Scientific novelty: addition of economic science by new theoretical and practical approaches to consideration of pork production economic efficiency. Degree of introduction: results of research are accepted to implementation by the preparation of development forecast for the industry, determination of support and equivalent prices on pork, outlining of the pig breeding development programs at the particular enterprise level. Efficiency: implementation of results will contribute to increase of economic efficiency of pork production. Sphere, industry of the use: commodity producers of pork in Ukraine.
