Fomenko L. Rational usage of agriculturally assigned ground in condition of West Ukrainian region

Object of research: processes of ground resources use by the agricultural enterprises. Goal of research: substantiation of theoretic-methodological approaches and development of methodical recommendations of rational use of the agricultural assigned grounds in conditions of the western region of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical method of cognition; abstract and logical method; statistical and economical method; monographic method; economical and mathematical method.Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical results promote to deepen knowledge about methodological and methodical basis of rational use of the agricultural assigned grounds. Practical application implies the substantiation of scientific approaches in order to resolving of problems connected with rational use of the agricultural assigned grounds in the activity of agricultural enterprises. In addition, the developed methods of the ground areas optimization can be successfully applied to agricultural administrative structures for practical realization.Research novelty: the interpretation of economical essence of the rational use of agricultural ground has got its further development as a social and economical category; new classification list of factors belonging to rational use of agricultural ground with highly completeness and unambiguity characteristics has been elaborated; the main directions of ground relationships reformation based on preservation of ground complexes integrity have been scientifically proved; recommendations directed on improvement of the mechanism of economic regulation of rational use and protection of the grounds have been substantiated; the optimization economic-mathematical model of crops areas and animals heads structure has been elaborated; improvement recommendations of monetary estimation of the grounds technique which allow to take into account factors of time and manufacture conditions have been substantiated; recommendations of savings and improvement of ground fertility which take into account levels of their profitability and ecological compatibility have been elaborated. Degree of introduction: results of research and the dissertator recommendations are implicated in: practice of Lviv oblast and Zhovkva regional agricultural administrations; activity of society with limited liability "Agrofirma-New"; educational process.Efficiency: results of research form the directions to resolving of regional problems of land tenure.Sphere, area of use: agricultural economics; agrarian and industrial complex.
