Duyunova O. Labour Agreements under Labour Legislation of Ukraine.

Labour agreements in present conditions are examined in the thesis. The notion of labour agreements is defined and their classification is given depending on the sphere of the regulation of labour relations, workers’ property status, the level of their personal freedom and independence, the purpose of legal relations origin, and its outcomes. The essence of waged labour is disclosed on the basis of ascertained indications of this category. A description of a labour agreement and contract as employment agreements is given. Special attention is paid to labour agreements concluded at enterprises of corporate and co-operative types. Labour legislation sphere of operation has been determined. The analysis of legal nature of labour transactions of members of co-operative and participants of corporate enterprises and the relevant regulation is held in terms of legal history. The grounds of origin of labour legal relations of workers engaged in property relations with an enterprise are analysed as well as thepeculiarities of the content, the procedure for concluding and terminating labour agreements in business associations, co-operatives, collective agricultural enterprises, and farms.
