Dissertational research is devoted to a problem of professional development of the teacher of initial classes in system Postdiploma Professional Education. Results of research became revealing essence and structure of pedagogical supervision as component of professional development of the teacher of initial classes, objective and subjective factors which influence on quality of a course of supervision, groups of skills which enter into complex education "skill to observe". During this experiment the technique of development of skills of conducting pedagogical supervision which was realized in different subsystems Postdiploma Professional Education was proved and provides motivational, substantial and remedial readiness of the teacher of initial classes for diagnosing and forecasting of the pedagogical phenomena. The special course of "the Basis of pedagogical supervision", methodical recommendations concerning its using which provide synchronism of psychological, didactic and methodical preparation ofteachers of initial classes to conducting pedagogical supervision is developed and approved.
