The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem of increase of profitability of the enterprises of a food-processing industry, in particular, refinement of a methodology of the analysis of financial outcomes of activity of firms and economic mechanism of formation, distribution and usage of the profit, mining of units strategy of control of profit, and detection of new reserves and methods of increase. The theoretical, methodical and practical guidelines concerning maximization of the profit are offered arrived of firms.
