Snitynska I. Predelivery preparation in patients with preeclampsia

Main intranatal risk factors of fetal damage due to preeclampsia of pregnant were marked. The role of uterine-placental haemocirculating homeostasis condition in formation of the biological readiness of the mother's organism for delivery, specialty of intranatal period progression were discovered. We proposed pathogenically useful therapeutic methods for predelivery preparation of patients with preeclampsia. It was showed considerable efficiency in correction of the vessel's adaptation due to preeclampsia of pregnant and prophylactic of intranatal complications using treatment with antioxidant actovegin, calcium antagonist verapamil, vasoactive medication curantil. The technique of predelivery preparation of patients with preeclampsia which provides decrease of perinatal illnesses and mortality was created, aprobated and established in health care practice.
