Object Research: patients with combined clinical course of chronic cholecystitis and IHD.Purpose of the study: improvement of methodology of differentiated treatment for patients with combined clinical course of chronic cholecystitis and IHD by means of adequate individual adjustment of drug treatment taking into consideration “postinfarction” heart and conduct the comparative evaluation of metabolite (“Magne-B6”) and inhibitors of lypooxygenase (quercetin) usage. Methods of research: POL and system of fermentative antioxidant defense was determinated according to the level of malonyl aldehyde, SOD activity, peroxidase, glutathione reductase, glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glutathione transpherase, and content of rehabilitated glutathione, the changes in blood coagulation were established with the help of plasma fibrinolytic activity, level of fibrinogen, XIII factor in blood plasma, antithrombin III activity, and Hageman-dependent fibrinolysis; lipid spectrum evaluation was conducted on the basisof content of chylomicrons, LPHD, LPLD, cholesterol and lipids in blood; functional state of sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of autonomic nervous system was estimated according to results of clinic tests, indexes of general autonomic nervous tonus of sympathetic and parasympathetic characters, orthostatic and clinostatic signs, Kern’s index, Khildebrand’s coefficient, blood minute volume; coronary reserve and functional state of myocardium was established with the help of data received from ECG, bicycle ergometer, with the help of MSD and USS biliary dyskinesia type was established. Mathematic and statistic methods were used to estimate valid differences. Theoretical and practical results: regularities and peculiarities of combined clinical course of chronic cholecystitis and IHD were established from the view of pathologic changes in fibrinolytic, antioxidant, vegetative, and biliary excretion systems. It gives the possibility to formulate the concept of combined clinical course of chronic cholecystitis and ischemic heart disease in order to elaborate new trend in diagnostics and therapeutic treatment. The effectiveness of medication from lypooxygen blocker group and Magne-B6 for the correction of found violations was proved. Implantation of the results to practice decreases the amount of complication of previously mentioned illnesses. Novelty: the obtained results make it possible to broaden the scientific outlook on the problem of combined clinical course of chronic cholecystitis and IHD, prove the connection between clinical finding of the primary illness and biliary excretion system malfunction in case of autonomic nervous system disbalance, intensification of FRLO and decompensation of defense systems.
