Essay

The thesis devoted to improvement the results of treatment of of multiply-injured patients by using the early enteral nutrition. The prospective analysis of 88 multiply-injured patients was performed. It was found, that early enteral nutrition decrease the number of stressor injuries of mucous of gastro-intestinal tract and gastro-intestinal bleeding. It was found that early enteral nutrition can prevent the development of immunosupression, so this limited the development of nosocomial infections in postinjury period. The use of early enteral feeding lead to decreasing of MOF-development, the terms of mechanical ventilation and level of mortality
