Pidgayna O. The State policy of investments attraction into the coal industry of Ukraine

Object - the coal industry of Ukraine, the possibility of exit from the crisis and the perspectives of further development; goal - scientific-theoretical conclusion and grounding of the direction, the system measures and practical recommendation concerning the creation of the mechanism of the government investment process in coal industry of Ukraine, directed on overcoming of the crisis condition of the branch and maintenance of stable and reliable development; methods - particularly - searching (theoretical analyses, synthesis, induction, selection, definition, the regular approach, comparison and abstraction, actualization, generalization of archival and printed sources of questions concerning the management of investment process in coal industry of Ukraine); structural - computer programs, problems-scientific, extrapolation, predictive; innovation - scientific study of the legal base and also aspects of the government investment process in coal industry of Ukraine has been conducted for the first time, it is proved and developed a complex of a measure of financial improvement of the branch, the basic directions of improvement of a state policy of attraction foreign investment in coal industry of Ukraine are designated; outcomes - the mechanism of attraction of the investments funds in the economy of coal industry, the algorithm of a designation of the general needs in investment resources including foreign, for maintenance of constant development of branch, the algorithm of calculation of investment activity, the concrete measures for attraction of investments into development of the coal industry have been improved.
