Lyubchenko V. Development of a technology of extracting essential oils from non-traditional raw products

The technology of processing of hop and non-spread ethereal olive crops of Polyesye. The processing of production technology of ethereal hop oils and others non-spread ethereal olive crops with the help of complex processing of raw materials. Modern physical chemical methods of investigation of contents, material properties, methods of analytical chemistry and chemistry of grease, methods of statistical processing of results of the experiment. It was developed the technology of complex processing of hop cones with the production of ethereal oil, water-soluble extract and xanthohumol. It was developed: pharmaceutical article for the ethereal hop oil; technical conditions for ethereal oils of non-spread crops. The reliability of received results is provided experimentally. They were introduced at the open society “Pharmak”, Zhytomyr liqueur-vodka factory. They were used in food and pharmaceutical industries.
