Barabash L. Organizational and economic principles of the horticultural enterprises development

Organizational and economic processes of the formation and effective functioning of horticultural enterprises as employer's structures for the industrial production of fruit products. Purpose is substantiation of organizational and economic principles of the creation and development of horticultural enterprises of the market type as well as elaboration of proposals concerning the increase of the efficiency of their work. Method of the researches are dialectical, abstract-logistical, monographical, of the statistical classifications and correlation-regression analysis. The author has generalized theoretical and methodological fundamentals for the formation of horticultural enterprises of the market type, elaboration their businessman's models, established the directions and substantiated the complex of organizational and economic measures for the increase of their activity efficiency. The paper has proposed the scheme of the production businessman's activity in the farm horticultural and that for theintroduc-tion of the innovation and investment technologies for the production of competitive fruits. The calculations of the level of growing fruits without loss have been carried out. Methodologi-cal approaches to the business-planning of producing the horticultural production have been substantiated. They have been introduced in the enterprises of concern "Ukrsadvynprom".
