The work is devoted to the theoretical research of the position of Autonomic Republic of Crimea's normative acts in the legislative system of Ukraine. The author has researched the foundations of the legal status of representative and executive bodies in the Autonomic Republic of Crimea, the position of the Autonomic Republic of Crimea's normative acts in the hierarchical and horizontal structures system legislation of Ukrainian, the system legislation of the Autonomic Republic of Crimea's normative acts. The author has paid attention and substantiated proposal to the improvement of the legislation on the subjects of the regulation of the lawmaking activity of powers of the ARC.
