3. The dissertation is devoted to learning of some aspects of patogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of osteopenias in the pregnants and puerperants with chronic deaseases of hepatobiliary system. It was established that such pathology decreases mineral density of osteal tissue, provore disbalanse of calcium phosphorus metabolism osteal tissue resorption markers, cellular and humoral immunity. Duration of the disease, presence of moderate anemia, low weight, calcium insufficiency, delivery at older women (more than 25 years old) effected at the level of osteopenia. It was proved efficacy of combined calcium medicine and D-vitamin prescription for prevention and treatment of osteopenias in the pregnants and puerperans with hepatobiliary system pathology.
