Research object: assortmentive wood storage and marketing activity of enterprises of forest industry. Aim: argumentation of theoretical and applied problems regarding increase effectiveness of forest enterprises functioning in conditions of market economy and development of solution mechanisms on the basis of assortmentive wood storage. Methods: systematic approach of generalization; comparative economic analysis; economic and mathematical modelling. Results: treatment of scientifie and methodological grounds of management of forest enterprises effective development on the basis of assortmentive policy. Use: in organizing of manufacturing activity of forest enterprises.
