Essay

Thesis deals with the investigation of the mechanisms of thiotriazolin effect upon iono-, volume-, acid-regulation renal functions and the key parameters of water-salt metabolism. The research has been performed on rats with various body hydration, duration of the preparation administration, state of neurohumoral mechanisms of water-salt homeostasis regulation. Thiotriazolin has been proved to reveal soft diuretic action, increase the excretion of natrium and kalium ions, hydrogen active ions, titrated acids due to the growth of glomerular ?ltration speed, reduction of the reabsorbing processes in the renal canaliculi with the activation of mechanisms of the glomerular-tubular, canalicular- canalicular balances and tubular-glomerular reverse connection in the nephron. Renal thiotriazolin effects are more expressed with a course administration, enlarging liquid in the body as well as lowering mineralocorticoid activity, increasing NO (II) in the organism. Thiotriazolin activates volume-regulating renalfunction, intensi?es natrium-uretic activity of the blood plasma and synthesis (activation) of the natrium-uretic hormone. The preparation reduces the volume of extracellular (interstitial) ?uid, does not produce substantial in?uence on the content of water, natrium and kalium ions in the tissues
