Anisimova O. The management of investment activity the enterprises in special economic zones and territories of priority development

The nature of the investments has been analyzed, the main factors which have influence on the development of the investment process at the enter-prises have been defined. The sources of receipts of the investments at the enterprises have been analyzed and the most real among them have been revealed. The place of Ukraine in the international rating has been defined. The structure of the investments that have been transferred at the enterprises and functional under the conditions of the free economic zone and territories of the priority development: in the investors-countries, in the regions of Ukraine have been analyzed. The correlative analysis between the provision of the free economic zone and territories of priority development and the investment processes has been performed. The directions of the participa-tion's of the Ukrainian enterprises in the innovated process have been de-fined. On the base of the existing estimates of the investment projects the criterion of the efficiency of the investmentproject has been proposed. It has been proved that the modified rate of the profitability must be greater than the minimum marginal profit rate that is defined depending on the type of the investment. The maximum acceptable limits of the ratio of the loan means with total volume of the investments with taking into account the inflation have been determined.
