The Thesis is denoted to studying, generalising and solving the problem of electricity supplying enterprise principal activity efficiency evaluation connected with electricity supply and transmission under its natural monopolizm state regulation. There is motivated and offered by the author the theoretical, methodical and practical way of electricity supplying enterprise principal activity efficiency evaluation where there is taken into account the intercoupling of external and internal efficiency and evaluation of state regulation methods and affecting factors in the developped system of economic exponents factor models, it is revealled the "own bankrolls" category essence as a target criterion upon internal efficiency evaluation, it is designed the efficiency study strategy where factor analysis methods are advanced.There are revealled the factors causing the contradiction of external and internal efficiency, there are determined the most really operated affecting factors. It is designed the principal activity efficient realization strategy and its corresponding economic exponents determination methods.
