Polishchuk I. The economic substantiation of the adaptive system of restoring of serviceability of the equipment of мines

. It has been established, that uses of the averaged specifications of the existing PPR system at mines leads to expenditure increase on restoration of serviceability of the equipment compared with expenditures, which are necessary at the adaptive approach to definition of parameters of repair cycles of machines.The adaptive ES&R system of mining equipment is of-fered which takes into account individual peculiarities of operation of machines, current productive and economic possibilities of the enterprise and ensures reaching the rational compromise between expenditures on repairs and reliability of the equipment operation.The organizational-economic mechanism of practical re-alization of an adaptive ES&R system is developed on the basis of use of methodology of control of the projects and complex of eco-nomic-mathematical models of definition of structure of a repair cycle and shaping of the calendar PPR profiles.
